Refund and Cancellation Policy


You may cancel your order after it has been placed but before it has been processed, by sending an urgent email to our order processing department at the following email address: sales (AT)

Cancellation instructions can ONLY be taken into account if they are received by the order processing department before the order has been processed. Order processing usually occurs on the same day that the order was placed.

If the order was cancelled before processing, you will receive a full refund on the credit card used for the purchase within 7 working days of the cancellation.

ELLA Distribution Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for any charges or foreign exchange differences that your credit card issuer charges you due to the cancellation.

Once your order has been processed it will no longer be possible to cancel the order.

For refunds due to non-delivery, incorrect or damaged products please contact our customer service department. If you choose to be refunded rather than receive a replacement order, we will refund the full value of the goods, as soon as possible. Please don’t mail goods back to us until you have been asked to do so by our customer service department.

Carriage costs for returning unwanted goods are the buyer's responsibility.
